By using VibeCheck you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What VibeCheck is

VibeCheck estimates how likely an app is to be rejected by Apple’s App Store review, based on your answers, and (for a fee) writes suggested fixes. It is an informational tool. It is not affiliated with Apple, and it does not guaranteethat your app will be approved or rejected. The final decision is always Apple’s. Nothing here is legal advice.

Accounts

You only need an account to buy and store fix reports. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and one real email address.

Payments

A fix report costs $5 (US dollars), charged once per report through Stripe. Each app you unlock is its own purchase. Prices may change, but any change applies only to future purchases.

Acceptable use

• Don’t abuse, overload, or try to break the service.
• Don’t scrape, resell, or automate access without permission.
• Don’t submit unlawful content or impersonate others.

Your content and your report

You keep ownership of the answers you submit. The fix report we generate for you is yours to use for your own app. The VibeCheck site, design, and software remain ours.

Not professional advice

VibeCheck is an automated tool. Its analysis and fixes are informational, are generated by an AI model, and are not legal advice, compliance certification, or a substitute for reading Apple’s guidelines or consulting a qualified professional. You are responsible for what you submit to Apple.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise the analysis or fixes are complete or correct, that they will get your app approved, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to VibeCheck is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $20. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or an app being rejected, delayed, or removed. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising out of your use of VibeCheck, the content you submit, or your app and its submission to any app store.

Trademarks and third parties

Apple, App Store, and related names and logos are trademarks of Apple Inc. VibeCheck is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Apple Inc. We reference “Apple” and “App Store” only to describe the review process this tool helps with. All other trademarks belong to their owners. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone, at our discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
